North Arkansas Electric Cooperative has been unable to reach you regarding your outstanding balance. To avoid disconnection of your electric service in the next 48 hours, NAEC needs to receive payment for your outstanding balance or set up a delayed payment arrangement for your account.

A payment arrangement may be made by clicking here at any time. You also can call 870-895-3221 during the co-op’s business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

A payment may be made by calling 870-895-3221 any time, using the offices’ night deposit boxes or by using the NAEC Member Account Portal.
